With first day of school in the offing for many, the nonprofit Weekend Backpacks Baltimore is partnering with Heritage|MileOne Autogroup to help feed the city’s schoolchildren.

Weekend Backpacks Baltimore gives bags of nutritious food to Baltimore City schoolchildren and their families who are facing food insecurity. The nonprofit has received the largest corporate gift and engagement in its 10-year history through its new partnership with Heritage|MileOne Autogroup.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – A car seat giveaway is just days away in Virginia Beach, but space is limited!

It is happening Wednesday, June 3, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Hall Toyota on Laskin Road.

  (Baltimore, MD) - October 17, 2024 - MileOne Autogroup puts a large chunk of its philanthropic efforts where the rubber meets the road.

Its charitable arm, MileOneCares, focuses on transportation issues and programs that strengthen communities, from helping the nonprofit Red Devils get breast cancer patients to medical appointments, to shuttling Boys and Girls Club children to field trips.

​ (Scranton, PA) - October 3, 2024 - Scranton Counseling Center (SCC) was awarded grants from the Moses Taylor Foundation and MileOneCares, the philanthropic arm of MotorWorld | MileOne Autogroup, to purchase a 2025 Subaru Legacy for SCC’s Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program. Since this is a fully community-based program, ACT team members will use the car to travel to consumer appointments.

(Baltimore, MD) - April 28, 2023 - In recognition of Distracted Driving Awareness Month this April and ahead of prom and graduation season for many high schoolers, Heritage | MileOne Autogroup and MileOneCares, in partnership with DRIVE SMART Virginia, have brought the nonprofit’s distracted driving program to high school students at two Baltimore-area high schools.
