Every baby deserves a safe ride. We are committed to keeping children safe in vehicles and have established a robust MileOneCares Car Seat Community Program. 
Car Seat Distribution Events
 
We distribute free car seats to families in our local communities. These events are designed for expectant parents and newborns up to 6 months to ensure the smallest among us ride safely from day one.

Car Seat Education & Installation Events

Our in-depth Car Seat Education & Installation Events not only provide free car seats to those who need them, but certified child passenger safety technicians also educate guardians on the proper installation and harnessing during each appointment. Appointments last about 45 minutes and take place at various MileOne Autogroup locations throughout the year.

Monetary Support for our Non-Profit Partners

We could not do this work without our incredible non-profit partners. In addition to our distribution and installation events, we provide funding to organizations such as ShareBaby, Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters, Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital, Penn State Children's Hospital, American Academy of Pediatrics, Pennsylvania Chapter and more. These organizations use these funds to provide car seats to even more families in our community.  Funds are also used to purchase car seats for children with special needs.
