About the Program

Employee-nominated contributions are gifts that are made to non-profits that are actively supported by our employees. The purpose of this program is to empower employees by funding causes to which they are personally connected. 

Requests are reviewed on a rolling basis. We will notify you of the status of the application approximately four weeks after we receive a completed submission


  • Requests should be no more than $500. Employees may request up to $500 per calendar year.
  • Employee must be employed by MileOne for a minimum of one continuous year (FT) or a minimum of two continuous years (PT).
  • Employee has had no corrective action within the prior six (6) months.
  • Organization must have a non-profit 501(c)(3) status.

How to Apply

  • If you are a MileOne employee and this is your first time applying for a employee-nominated contribution, email mileonecares@mileone.com to receive your login credentials. Once you receive your credentials, go to the "Apply Now" button below.
  • If you have applied in the past for an employee-nominated contribution, go to the "Apply Now" button below, login and complete the application.
