About the Program

Employee-nominated contributions are gifts that are made to non-profits that are actively supported by our employees. The purpose of this program is to empower employees by funding causes to which they are personally connected. 

Requests are reviewed on a rolling basis. We will notify you of the status of the application approximately four weeks after we receive a completed submission


  • Requests should be no more than $500. Employees may request up to $500 per calendar year.
  • Employee must be employed by MileOne for a minimum of one continuous year (FT) or a minimum of two continuous years (PT).
  • Employee has had no corrective action within the prior six (6) months.
  • Organization must have a non-profit 501(c)(3) status.

How to Apply

  • Please fill out our online form by clicking "Apply Now" below. Once the form is complete, you will hear from us within 4-8 weeks. When completing the form, please make sure you have a contact name and email for your non-profit.
