American Cancer Society
Every year, MileOne employees raise funds that benefit ACS-sponsored local research grants and events including a transportation program that offers rides to cancer patients undergoing treatment. 
Vehicles for Change
This non-profit organization empowers families with financial challenges to achieve economic and personal independence through car ownership and technical training. Over the years, MileOne Autogroup has provided more than 200 vehicles to Vehicles for Change to award to families in need of transportation.

Maryland Kids in Safety Seats (KISS)
A state-wide program whose mission is to reduce injuries and death among Maryland's children is helping people obtain and use car seats and booster seats correctly. KISS is partnering with MileOne to support our goal of distributing over 700 car seats to families in need by providing free car seat installation education during car seat distributions at our area dealerships.
